Functional ERP Administrator

As a Functional ERP Administrator, you will play a vital role in the maintenance, support, and further development of our Infor LN Cloud Edition ERP system. Your primary focus will be consulting the best solution on how to implement business requirements in the Infor LN Cloud Edition, and ensuring the high quality of business processes across our global Neways locations. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the standardization of our business processes, and aligning them with our strategic objectives.

This is what you bring to the team

• Professional education (HBO) in IT technology or related field
• 5+ years of experience (in ERP preferably Infor LN or Baan)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Analytical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Fluent in English & Dutch (German is a plus)
• Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Your daily responsibilities are going to be

• Manage and support Infor LN Cloud Edition ERP across global locations
• Provide proactive application support, including error prevention and updates
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and implement improvements
• Ensure data security within Infor LN Cloud Edition
• Participate in on-call duty as needed
