What's on the menu?

As our new Account Management Intern, you’ll join a dynamic and purpose-driven team building meaningful partnerships with our clients. Working closely with our experienced Account Managers, you’ll play an active role in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the ongoing success of our food waste solutions across kitchens internationally.

This internship isn’t just about observing—it’s about contributing. From day one, you’ll dive into supporting key accounts, helping prepare performance insights, and contributing to customer meetings and strategic initiatives. A day at Orbisk could start with researching key decision-makers and building lead lists to grow within our strategic accounts. You might prepare a slide deck with insights on food waste savings and sustainability impact per brand or region to support upcoming customer meetings. Later, you could join calls with key customers and follow up to ensure we deliver a seamless experience. Along the way, you’ll gather feedback from kitchens, identify success stories, and spot new opportunities to bring our solution to the next level. You’ll learn how to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, all while developing your commercial instincts and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Strong communicator – whether it’s written or spoken, you can clearly and confidently get your message across in English and preferably Dutch.

• Curious and eager to learn – you’re excited to dive into new challenges and continuously develop your skills.

• Team player with a hands-on mentality – you're collaborative, humble, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

• Data-savvy (bonus!) – you feel comfortable working with insights and can help translate them into meaningful client actions.

• Available for a practical internship – you're enrolled in a relevant study program and available for at least 5 months to actively contribute to the team.

• You live in the Netherlands – and you are happy to work from our office in Utrecht.
