About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Automation Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and deploying automation pipelines to streamline our marketing processes and accelerate content generation. You will work closely with our product, content, and business teams to ensure that marketing efforts are timely, targeted, and tech-enabled.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage automation pipelines using tools such as n8n and mcp.so
• Design workflows for automated email campaigns, content distribution, and lead generation
• Support integration of CRM, CMS, and analytics tools for end-to-end campaign tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimise workflows
• Monitor pipeline performance and continuously improve automation efficiency
• Assist in documenting automation architecture and training materials for internal use

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated in one of the following fields (or similar):
• Marketing Technology
• Communication & Multimedia Design
• Business Information Technology
• Artificial Intelligence
• Digital Marketing or Marketing Analytics
• Basic familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
• Interest in automation, growth marketing, and content workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in both Dutch or English environments
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a hybrid setup
