As a Senior Producer in our Amsterdam office, you’ll be the driving force behind our production team, leading with team spirit, managing complexity with confidence, and building trust through clear communication and consistent delivery. From first kickoff to final wrap, you’ll own the details that bring big ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project coordination and day-to-day execution.
• Be the heartbeat of the production team — supporting, guiding, and driving projects forward.
• Track milestones, timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Own and update project workbooks, folders, and schedules.
• Schedule and lead meetings (internal and external).
• Draft and manage crew deal memos and contracts.
• Book and manage crew, ensuring seamless integration on set.
• Oversee health & safety protocols (including Covid-19, where needed).
• Deliver daily call sheets with precision and clarity.
• Monitor and report on budgets — no surprises, just solid numbers.
• Mentor Producers, ensuring their success is your success.
• Act as the problem-solver for crew, logistics, and on-site challenges.
• Foster a positive team environment where people do their best work.
• Be flexible with non-standard working hours based on production needs.

About You

• 5+ years in a senior production role within media, broadcast, or events.
• A natural leader with proven coordination and planning skills.
• Sharp instincts for logistics, timelines, and crew dynamics.
• Unshakable under pressure — you stay calm and lead with clarity.
• A passion for live, hybrid, or large-scale productions is a definite plus.

Required

• Advanced level of Dutch and English (written & spoken).
• A valid EU driver’s license (Category B).
• Being based in The Netherlands and holding a valid residence permit.
