HERE'S WHAT WE'LL DO TOGETHER:

The G-STAR E-commerce Trade team plays a crucial role in optimizing sales performance and improving the consumer experience across the G-STAR website and app. With ambitious growth targets and a continuously evolving e-commerce landscape, we are committed to delivering best-in-class digital experiences.

As the E-commerce Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the website and app for your assigned region. You will work closely with the broader e-commerce and digital marketing teams to execute both global and localized initiatives, ensuring that each market delivers an optimal experience.

This role involves managing content, product updates, and campaigns while analyzing regional sales performance and driving strategies to enhance the customer journey and optimize sales. You will also support the E-commerce Trade Manager in day-to-day trade management and help execute regional e-commerce strategies to meet business objectives.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the site and app for assigned regions, ensuring the right products are featured for local markets.
  • Oversee product merchandising, homepage banners, and promotional assets in line with the communication calendar.
  • Work with the digital trade team to execute localized content and campaigns based on regional performance.
  • Generate weekly and seasonal sales reports, presenting key insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze site merchandising and KPIs to optimize product displays and improve customer experience.
  • Assist in the activation of CRM and loyalty initiatives for regional markets.

HERE'S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, focusing on digital trade or merchandising,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages are a plus,
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis,
  • Experience with CMS (Hybris, Amplience) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau),
  • Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (Exponea, Bloomreach) is a plus,
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making,
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams,
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
