About your role

You’re a creative with a commercial mindset, determined to always deliver the best results. Your concepts are original, and you have the ability to transform them into powerful visuals and designs that captivate and stand out. You have an eye for detail and understand what’s needed to bring a brand to life, both online and offline. You have an instinct for what makes a brand unique and know how to visually and message-wise amplify it across all channels. You’re a good listener, someone who doesn’t just do what’s asked, but critically thinks along and drives projects forward. You effortlessly translate ideas into concrete, visual content and work closely with our creative team to create brand experiences that stand out. With a strong sense of design and a passion for digital media, you consistently make our clients happy. Additionally, you excel at maintaining client relationships and collaborating with others within your team.

These are your main tasks

• Creating visual concepts: Design visuals that enhance the brand identity of clients.
• Coming up with and visualizing original concepts: Align with the unique needs of each client.
• Developing creative ideas: Create strong visuals and content for social media, websites, and other channels.
• Thinking and executing: Collaborate on campaigns and branding projects from concept to completion.
• Giving presentations: Communicate your vision in a way that keeps everyone engaged.

Your must haves

• HBO or University degree in design, communications, multimedia, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role within an agency or creative environment.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with animation and video tools is a plus.
• You have a keen eye for commercially appealing design and know how to think strategically to effectively translate ideas into visual stories.
