What are you going to do?

As a Senior Business Technology Consultant at Quatronic, you are responsible for our customer's success. You are ultimately responsible for multiple projects and you think about how best to set up projects for customers. In addition, you are strategically responsible for your own (and other) accounts. You do this, for example, by spotting opportunities for new projects. You also ensure that the junior and medior colleagues who are supervising projects do this well. You guide them in substantive and technical areas, but also in developing their consultancy skills, communication to customers, and professionalism.

Furthermore, you are working on projects yourself, usually with two or three colleagues and a few of the customer's employees. You are involved from start to finish and have a coordinating and managing role. Substantively, you mainly focus on devising functionalities and their architecture.

You are also working on internal matters, such as (further) developing the company's proposition and strategy. Towards customers but also towards employees. For example, you are thinking about how Quatronic employees can develop optimally. In addition, you focus on sales and customer communication; how can this be even better or more efficient?

Monday till Thursday, we work at or for customers; on Fridays, there is time to work on developing Quatronic or yourself. You could be busy with personal development, knowledge sharing, developing new propositions for customers, organizing events or preparing a sales meeting. In this position, you work an average of two days for Quatronic and three days for the customer.

What is required

• Completed master's degree in business and/or technology
• At least 4 years of experience with business consultancy and/or low-code
• Analytical, creative and problem solving
• Driven and result-oriented
• Strategic thinking and good leadership skills

Practical example

As a Senior Business Technology Consultant, you are responsible for one or more customers across various projects. This means that you are constantly tying together the silos that can arise in different departments and projects and that you should not lose sight of the big picture. For example, at one of the customers you are working for two different departments, both working in their own system. In such a case, you will set up initiatives to introduce a uniform way of working and to build appropriate software for this.
