We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our European regional holding organization. This role is central in supporting monthly financial reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing and payments, managing intercompany transactions within the region for management and other charges.

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management & Processing:

  • Receive, review, and process third party invoices.
  • Code invoices accurately and ensure proper approval in line with internal policies.
  • Book invoices in the ERP system in a timely and accurate manner.

Intercompany Coordination:

  • Handle invoicing of the European and Group management fee as well as other Group and regional charges to all European countries.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate intercompany matching and reconciliation with country finance teams.
  • Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions.

Reporting & Financial Systems:

  • Perform monthly uploads and reviews of financial data in OneStream.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly reporting packages for the regional entity.
  • Ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and aligned with group requirements.

Controls & Compliance:

  • Maintain documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Follow company financial controls and assist with internal/external audits as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or regional shared services environment.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, AX, D365) and financial reporting tools (preferably OneStream).
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with European legal entities.
  • Familiarity with invoice approval workflows and shared services functions.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization.
