You are the core driver of Channable’s growth in your region. Alongside your team members in the French market, you are developing and closing new business opportunities with online retailers and marketing agencies. You are successful, because of your strong industry knowledge, marketing domain expertise and the special way of making the prospect uncomfortable in their current situation - without Channable. Your job
You are a full-cycle Account Executive building pipeline and closing deals from start to finish. You understand the buying process for B2B and how this impacts you as a seller. In the era of the dark social we don’t have to tell you to build your personal brand, align with marketing and work together to attract the right people.
Hitting the number: Showing ownership and consistency in hitting your numbers.
Product expert: You showcase a deep understanding of our product and the Multichannel eCommerce space. Your prospects understand the impact of technology on their day to day as well as their organization through your storytelling.
Deal cycle: Connecting and holding strategic discussions at all levels with different stakeholders in an organization helps you drive various deal cycles and ACV ranges to success.
Pipeline: Driving pipeline generation and target achievement from partner agencies, brands, and advertisers.
Be in market: Planning and attending industry events such as exhibitions, trade fairs, roundtables, webinars, as well as AE or partner dinners and on-site training sessions.
Personal brand: Facilitate your own personal brand in educating your prospects and the wider social media community. Deliver value to your audience building your own inbound stream through thought leadership and authority.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring
You are in sales because you are self motivated and driven to succeed. You understand sales is playing the long term game. All the nos in your career led to you being humble and you understand that for you to win it means you need to help your prospects reach their goals.
You have a strong eCommerce or marketing agency background with a relatable network.
You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years experience closing new logos. SaaS experience is a bonus but not required.
You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. You facilitate people around you to learn from in the same way that you give back to others.
You are tech savvy, a user of CRMs, sales engagement platforms and other toolings which makes your job easier.
You facilitate information you distill from reporting to drive your focus and number driven learnings.
You speak and write French on a C2 level, besides that you speak business level of English.
Some practical things we expect from you:
You’re available for at least 4 days a week (32 hours);
You are willing to come to our Utrecht office for two days/week;
You have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship;
You are available to travel to France 1x per month;
You live in (or close to) Utrecht, or are willing to move.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed your MRR targets each quarter. Provide thoughtful insights on your performance and results.
Accountability: You own your pipeline, stay proactive, and keep momentum going. Sharing your moves, ideas and wins.
Care to Share: Actively share your learnings and successes across teams, industry / product knowledge with partner agencies or trade fairs, and online via LinkedIn (personal brand building).

What do we offer?
The base salary is gross between €3.623 and €4.243 per month based on a 40-hour workweek. The salary is determined based on experience.
In addition to your base salary, you’ll receive a performance bonus that can go up to 30% of your salary, paid out quarterly.
OTE (On Target Earnings) consists of 70% gross salary according to the indicated level and 30% commission.
Example: If the monthly gross salary is €3.623 (70%), the monthly bonus is €1.553 (30%), resulting in a total monthly package (OTE) of €5.176 gross.
8% holiday allowance - 8% of your yearly salary, which is paid together with the May salary.
Company-wide bonus - up to 10% of your annual salary, determined yearly by our founders based on financial planning and targets.
Annual L&D budget of € 1000 to spend on anything you want to learn. You can take full advantage of this to grow professionally.
Saving for old age - we have a saving scheme for old age which can accrue up to 5% of your monthly salary.
Traveling to our office? No problem, we got you covered (NS Business Card, or €0,23 per km if you decide to use a different means of transport). 🚆
To work in a beautiful historic and fully renovated office in the heart of Utrecht & with a flexible hybrid working policy of (minimum 2 days in the office). 🏡
