Description of assignment

Within Vanderlande we are striving to a High performance culture. With several High Performance Team journeys (and trainings) Vanderlande develops and supports departments with behaviors and mindsets.

On (larger) project sites, it is difficult and costly to give such trainings, however, higher output and performance is an expectation.

How will High Performance Culture (team journey) support Project Execution?

Department description

Within Vanderlande we have project execution/installation in three domains. This internship/graduation is for domain Airport.

Globally we install several airports per year with a project team, consisting out of several roles. The department you will be reporting to is the Installation department for Airports.

Tasks/responsibilities

• Understand and dive into High performance culture within Vanderlande and Facilitation program.
• Investigate How HPC sessions could affect and influence departments.
• Investigate How HPC will influence our project sites.
• Create business case to measure output compared to costs to be invested.

Your profile

• Construction, culture knowledge, organizational changes, organizational behavior, Influencing/communication skills.
• Strong communication skills, influencing skills and interview skills
• *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.
