What is the job all about?

Join our Demand Planning team as an international Demand Planner and drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes and capabilities across the organization. You will be responsible for the demand planning for the US and Spain (Mozzarella). You will be the central international link between Sales and Operations for the US and Spain. In your role you will drive the collaboration with other functional teams (e.g., supply planning, commercialisation, commerce, marketing, finance) to ensure alignment and integration of demand planning processes with overall supply chain strategies.

This role partly involves working at a new location, where you’ll have the opportunity and the responsibility to help build and establish processes from the ground up.

Your mission: optimize demand planning, improve forecast quality, and eliminate write-offs and OTIF impact—ensuring profitable growth as part of Doing Dairy Right.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Demand Planning KPIs, driving prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth studies, applying advanced methodologies and analytics.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Demand Planning domain;
  • Experience in managing highly complex projects;
  • Experience in setting up operations or processes in a new environment (strong plus);
  • Experience in an international environment;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language (verbal and written);
  • Ability to influence a broad variety of senior stakeholders with opposite interests;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different functions and geographies;
  • Collaborative mindset/ action oriented business partner;
  • Pro-active mindset and strong drive for results.

You’ll be part of our enthusiastic Supply Chain team, which includes 6 planners, 2 team leads, and 1 manager. In addition to your direct colleagues, you’ll also collaborate indirectly with 8 professionals who focus on the internal aspects of the supply chain, allowing you to build a broad network within our organization.
