Our Shared Design Services team is central to our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of resources across projects worldwide. What does the role involve?

As a Supply Operations Support Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our team, assisting with key operational tasks related to resource planning, compliance, performance and project monitoring. You’ll learn firsthand how a global company manages resources and maintains high operational standards, while gaining exposure to a wide variety of functions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your role at a glance:

• Resource Coordination:
• • Jump into the action by supporting resource planning and helping teams stay on track with smooth project scheduling.
  • Keep external resource accounts up-to-date and handle any changes when things come up.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• • Track training and compliance programs and assist in creating reports that drive our global operations.
  • Get hands-on with financial processes and learn how we keep things running efficiently.
• Performance:
• • Help track and update performance data, making sure KPIs are on point.
  • Work with data analysts to keep our performance dashboards fresh and accurate.
• Contingency:
• • Assist in keeping everything running smoothly by helping manage backup plans when things go off track.
  • Be the go-to person for solving scheduling and account issues on the fly.
• Communication & Engagement:
• • Stay connected with internal and external teams to keep everyone in the loop about resources and progress.
  • Help craft communication strategies to share key updates and successes with everyone involved.

What you need is:

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field and are seeking an internship to gain valuable real-world experience.
• You are based in the Netherlands and hold EU-citizenship.
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• You thrive in a multicultural and collaborative environment and are comfortable working with colleagues from around the world.
• You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You are available full-time from 1 June 2025 for a one-year internship and can work from our Berkel & Rodenrijs office at least three days per week.
