Operations Principal at Backbase

As an Operations Principal you are a versatile, self-driven, proactive and hands-on leader. You oversee the CS organization in several regions, and manage one or more operations managers. Your overall assignment is to develop and implement processes & methods to secure systematic successful operations within CS.

What you'll do

You are both strategic and hands-on and have extensive experience in managing operations in a fast-changing international company, so you understand the need to deliver and how trustful relationships make this work. You are passionate about Operations and you are a people manager that understands that only with the best people you will create outstanding results.

After you made sure our recruitment basics exceed industry standards, we expect you to take initiatives to introduce Backbase employee experiences that no-one has seen before.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar job (operations, coordination, project management);
  • Bachelor degree or similar working experience;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
