As the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for transforming the recruitment needs into an actionable recruitment plan, while applying the company’s Talent Acquisition process. You plan and align priorities for your specific scope, ensuring that the overall performance of your team is aligned to deliver the recruitment volume. You play an advisory role to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS:

  • Serve as the local Talent Acquisition focal point for Human Resource Manager, General Manager, local Head Of Function, and HRBPs.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment strategies of the relevant candidate pipelines for short, medium, and long-term plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and changes to meet local key goals.
  • Deliver specific recruitment process subject to high visibility for local management and/or critical and direct impact on company’s performance.
  • Bring the local knowledge for strategy definition tailored to local market conditions and business needs conducting in-depth analyses of the local talent market, including trends, competition, and insights for salary benchmarks.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor, follow, and oversee the data quality within your perimeter in our ATS according to global process standards and service level agreements, respecting the escalation standard for each recruitment process.
  • Manage business relations with the best market partners and maintaining terms and conditions within commercial rules that benefit and protect SBM Offshore.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Specific skills / expertise:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, showcasing a solid understanding of the standard processes and legal requirements currently in place in the Netherlands, with an appreciation for diverse approaches and inclusive practices within the sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in transforming recruitment needs into actionable plans and leading recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with the energy market is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

SBM Offshore provides floating production solutions to the offshore energy industry, over the full product life-cycle.
