A&PS Sales Specialist - Netherlands
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advisory and Professional Services (A&PS) Sales Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue by engaging directly with customers, conducting workshops, and delivering tailored solutions that align with HPE’s innovative offerings. You will report to the North-West Europe Sales Manager for A&PS and play a pivotal role in expanding HPE’s presence in the Netherlands.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in IT consulting and services, a hunter mindset, and the ability to lead through an extensive internal and external network. You will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets by leveraging your expertise and HPE’s cutting-edge portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively meet with internal and external customers to understand their unique needs to sell value propositions that delivers our customers’ business outcomes with AI, Hybrid Cloud, Sustainability and Networking solutions.
  • Workshops: Organize and deliver workshops to showcase HPE’s advisory and professional services capabilities.
  • Sales Focus: Devote 90% of your time to direct sales activities, identifying opportunities and converting them into profitable deals.
  • Market Expertise: Utilize a hunter mindset to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the Netherlands.
  • Networking: Leverage your internal and external networks to influence decision-makers, drive opportunities, and lead sales initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree preferred; however, strong candidates with equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in IT consulting, with proven expertise in services (mandatory).
  • Technical Skills: Experience with hardware and/or software solutions.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities, showcasing a hunter mindset.
  • Networking: Proven ability to lead and influence through an extensive internal and external network.
  • Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory).
