As our Program Manager Supply Chain Expansion, you’ll be the driving force behind the launch of new distribution centers across Europe. From first blueprint to grand opening, you’ll manage complex, high-impact projects that fuel Action’s rapid growth. A high-visibility role where strategy meets execution—at scale. 🚀

Your daily actions

Lead complex projects, end to end

Take charge of multi-million euro DC projects from site selection to go-live. You’ll develop project plans, steer execution, and make sure everything runs on time and within budget.

Orchestrate cross-functional teams

Unite internal departments, contractors, suppliers, and consultants around one shared goal. You’re the central point of contact and the glue holding it all together.

Engage senior stakeholders

Work closely with executives and decision-makers across countries. Your clear communication and sharp insights help steer strategy in real time.

Spot risks before they become issues

You think two steps ahead. Anticipate roadblocks, challenge the status quo, and act fast to keep timelines intact.

Oversee construction & compliance

Collaborate with developers and partners to ensure projects meet design, safety, and legal standards. You don’t just deliver buildings—you deliver future-ready hubs.

Ensure a seamless handover

Coordinate the operational go-live with IT and logistics teams. Your job doesn’t end when the building is done—it ends when it’s running smoothly.

Keep everyone in the loop

Provide structured updates to senior leadership, backed by clear documentation, risk logs, and post-project reviews.

Build for the future

With every project, you refine the playbook. You capture lessons learned and scale best practices to accelerate our growth.

This is you

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related
• 8+ years of experience in large-scale, cross-border supply chain or logistics development
• Proven success in delivering international DC projects
• A strategic mind with a hands-on mentality—you drive fast, informed decisions
• Familiarity with real estate markets and regulations is a strong plus
• Skilled negotiator with experience in logistics or supply chain contracts
• Clear communicator and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and always improving the process
• Willing to travel across Europe as needed
