Realworks is the market leader in real estate, supporting 80% of Dutch real estate agents with innovative IT solutions such as our CRM and Move.nl. As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, you’ll help elevate our tech teams to new heights!

As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Realworks, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping teams on track with the Scrum framework, ensuring sprints run smoothly, and real results are delivered. You’ll coach, guide, and step in when needed—whether it’s removing blockers or helping teams collaborate better. You'll help our tech teams make the most of Agile practices. As a coach, facilitator, and problem solver, you’ll make sure Agile ways of working boost both team performance and business success.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Facilitating Scrum processes, like guiding Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective for all technical teams at Realworks;
• Coaching the team and supporting their self-organizing role to help them perform at their best;
• Helping solve obstacles and issues that slow down progress;
• Encouraging collaboration within the team and between teams and the management team;
• Ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and making sure the team follows Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Working closely with the Product Owner to support backlog management and prioritization;
• Implementing improvements by identifying and addressing areas for growth within the team and organization.

Your Team

You work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, set priorities, and keep business goals in focus. Additionally, you align the broader Agile approach with the Management Team. Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, like Willem, you share best practices and continuously strive for improvement.

Job requirements

• HBO or WO-level education (Bachelor’s or Master’s);
• Solid hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum;
• You are a natural coach and team player who can guide and mentor;
• A problem-solver at heart—proactive, practical, and always looking for improvement;
• Great communication skills—you know how to connect and align people around Agile goals;
• Experience driving Agile transformations and helping teams grow;
• Scrum certifications like PSM I/II or CSM? Big plus;
• Comfortable in tech-driven environments—you speak dev when needed;
• Strong with tools like Jira.
