About UX at Adyen
Payments is a rapidly changing industry, and Adyen's UX organization is at the forefront of building the future of payments. We ensure that Adyen stays a leader and disruptor in the global payments industry by bringing the user (whether shopper or business) into the center of our product and business decision making. We approach projects as an opportunity to exceed our merchants’ expectations—designing the right experiences, at the right time, the right way. The UX organization is a multidisciplinary group that consists of Product Design, UX Research, UX Writing and UX Analytics.
About the team and role
Adyen is seeking an experienced Design Leader to join our Adyen UX team. You will grow, mentor, and coach a team of 6+ Product Designers who are responsible for Payments products. This area heavily focuses on how shoppers around the globe experience payments: from traditional POS terminals to more advanced mobile solutions and the realm of online payments provide a unique opportunity to have an impact on hundreds of businesses worldwide!
In your role, you will support each designer to perform at their highest potential, helping them get buy-in from different stakeholders (PMs, Tech Leads and Senior Leadership) and supporting them in their normal course of life.
