Who we are looking for

We are looking for an HR Consultant with 4+ years of experience in HR (consulting), with particularly strong experience as an (internal) consultant or Business Partner. Preferably you have previously held an independent HR role.

You are curious and understand our field. You have an affinity for data and know how to apply it to HR issues.

What you bring:

• Minimum 4 years of HR and/or consulting experience.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree program.
• You easily switch between different levels in an organization.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language and clear in communication.
• You have your own and modern vision of our field.

And what do we offer you?

You will perform, in duo or independently, interim and consultancy assignments at our clients. You will do this together with a consultant or partner of Bunchmark. Assignments can vary in nature, from projects to interim assignments. You are able to translate client questions into customized assignments.

We would prefer to add you to the team as soon as possible but are flexible in this! You will join an enterprising, growing and energetic organization with our office in Amsterdam as its beating heart.

You will get 20 great colleagues, freedom, content sparring, training budget to further develop yourself quickly and also unlimited vacation days. Your salary? Depending on your work experience between € 4,000 and € 5,000 per month.

Bunchmark is B Corp and we wear that label with pride. We work closely with the Refugee Talent Hub on several projects. Fine if you want to put your heart and soul (and hours) into that as well. Or in another pro bono project of course.
