• Find and execute high-impact AI automation opportunities across all teams—Talent & Culture, Product Onboarding, E-commerce, Customer Service, Artwork Check, Finance, Data, Supply Chain, and more.
• Develop powerful AI agents that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and help our people focus on what matters most.
• Challenge the status quo—move fast, be critical, and push for disruptive innovation.
• Stand your ground—we want someone who’s super independent, demanding, and delivers constantly.

• AI-savvy – You have experience with AI automation, prompt engineering, no-code/low-code tools, or software development.
