You will help IKEA to increase the awareness of IKEA for Business. Everyone knows IKEA, but the B2B department that helps business customers with specific services is virtually unknown. We are looking for someone who can create relevant content and help organize business events for our own IKEA for Business network and for new B2B customers. A day in your life with us

The IKEA range is sold to offices, catering establishments, daycare centers, etc. By offering special services, we want to relieve the burden on business customers. There is a lot involved and we want to share that with the customer. You focus on stakeholder management within our Service Office, by posting regularly on interesting topics and you are actively involved in organizing events. With this internship you will learn:

• Creating local content for LinkedIn.
• Sharing successful business projects via internal IKEA media.
• Inviting, receiving and following up on participants in events.
• Developing a script for future events.

We work from our Service Office in Haarlem (head office). There's no IKEA for Business team, but a lot of colleagues and stakeholders who want to think along with you at the Service Office. Because IKEA for Business is relatively new, there is still a lot to discover.

At IKEA, we think it's important that you can be yourself. You are an enthusiastic and proactive person who can work accurately and independently. You are assertive, not afraid to ask questions and give your opinion. You are eager to learn and able to link theory to practice. In addition:

• You have a passion for home furnishings
• You enjoy setting up new things
• You are following a relevant education (Bachelor/HBO) in the Netherlands & are in your second or third year
• You are able to work at our Service Office in Haarlem, a dynamic and busy environment
• Good knowledge of English and Dutch
• You are at least 18 years old
