This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Business Controller to bring cost control to the next level in a fast-growth environment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analysing and reporting of the financial performance of our HR and Business Technology departments. You will also play a key role in proactively setting standards and enhancing the cost control process that can be applied across all Head Office departments.
As a Business Controller you will report directly to the Head of Group Control. Your primary focus will be supporting the HR and Business Technology teams in planning and achieving their goals. Moreover, you will provide senior management with valuable insights and recommendations to ensure optimal allocation of HR and Business Technology spend.
