Job Description

As the Senior Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of one of our We Are Labels stores in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and maintain the high standards that Labels Group is known for. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for fashion and an ability to inspire and develop a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Decision-Making:

• Continuously test and learn by utilizing data to drive decision-making and implement process improvements that enhance store performance.
• Identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives in critical business areas such as product selection and inventory health to optimize operations.

Operational Management:

• Analyze store trends and sales budgets to help establish traffic goals, define channel mix, and plan spending strategies to maximize sales results.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, and continuously develop a highly-engaged and successful store team, fostering a winning culture within the store environment.

Retail Marketing & Execution:

• Support the annual and seasonal retail marketing planning and execution, aligning with overall brand strategies while considering the unique needs and opportunities of individual retail stores.

Collaboration & Partnership:

• Work closely with the Customer Development team to ensure flawless execution of brand activities, including new product launches and promotional events.

Financial & Performance Management:

• Provide financial modeling support for analyzing potential growth opportunities or business improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of long-range plans.
• Manage and deliver on the performance targets for the flagship store, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Who are we looking for?

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales and leading a team to achieve success.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion and design.
