HR System Specialist (AFAS) - 32-40 hours per week
Are you a driven service-oriented HR AFAS Specialist who gets energy from improving and managing our HR/Payroll system? Do you want to work in an environment where you can really make a difference? Then this role really is for you!
In this role, you will be involved in improving and managing AFAS HR/Payroll, Insite and Outsite. You are jointly responsible for prioritising and planning improvement proposals and new processes. You make the technical translation and are responsible for implementation and maintenance. You also play a role in designing, implementing and managing interfaces between various applications and AFAS. You answer questions of HR colleagues and co-workers (2nd line) and solve incidents. You enjoy making reports and analyses and can easily oversee the impact of changes. In addition, you take care of user management in close consultation with colleagues from Authorisation Management. You also play a role in organisational design changes and carefully monitor that the design principles are followed. As we will move in the coming years towards a new international HR system you like to contribute to the implementation of One HR system.

You will join the enthusiastic and hard-working HR Service Delivery team (15 colleagues). This team consists of colleagues from the HR Services team, Compensation & Benefits and HR Systems Data and Application Support. You will work closely with the Product owner HR processes and your direct colleague Afas Specialist; we work with Agile way of working for all change. You will be reporting directly to Head of HR Service Delivery.
