As a Be Informed Developer, you will design, develop, and implement our solutions on the Be Informed platform, aiming to increase operational efficiency for our international government clients.

Your Challenge within Blyce

As a Be Informed Developer at Blyce, you design and implement solutions on the Be Informed platform. You leverage your technical expertise and process knowledge to develop solutions that tackle complex business challenges for our international government clients like Curaçao, Suriname, and Anguilla. Your work will drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency in the public sector.

We offer roles for different experience levels in Be Informed Development. If you aspire to become a Lead Developer, you will contribute to product development, drive process improvements, and mentor junior developers, shaping the team's growth and efficiency.

What We Offer

• The possibility to work in one of our offices: Rotterdam, Deventer, Curaçao, Bonaire, or Medellín (Colombia).
• Competitive salary, depending on experience and role level:
• • Be Informed Developer Mid-Senior: €4,500 - €6,000 gross per month (NL, full-time).
  • Lead Developer: €5,000 - €7,000 gross per month (NL, full-time).
• 28 vacation days with the option to buy/sell 8 additional days per year.
• 8.33% vacation pay per year.
• Variable gross compensation equal to an extra month’s salary per year (paid monthly).
• Fixed gross expense allowance of €300 per month.
• Annual variable reward based on company performance.
• Paid basic health insurance and a solid pension scheme (a.s.r.).
• Hybrid work model with flexibility between office and remote work.
• Company laptop and necessary IT resources.
• Full-time role with challenges – part-time options are possible.
