Job description

As a CRO Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our clients’ digital touchpoints. You’ll analyze user behavior, develop data-driven hypotheses, and implement and analyse A/B tests that improve conversion rates and overall user experiences. You’ll work closely with our UX designers and client leads to transform insights into impactful actions.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others.
• Develop, execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests.
• Identify user experience issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to implement changes.
• Monitor and report on test performance and conversion metrics.
• Continuously optimize websites for improved conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a CRO role or similar.
• Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, VWO, Optimizely).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with A/B testing and user journey analysis.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
