Nespresso is looking for a Campaign & Channel Specialist

As a Campaign & Channel Specialist at Nespresso, you will collaborate and support the dynamic brand marketing team by creating communication, content and assets that bring our unique coffee experiences to life. In this full-time position, you are responsible for the creation and implementation of brand content for both B2C & B2B paid, earned and owned touch points. You will ensure that our messaging resonates effectively with our target audiences and customers. Additionally, the role will involve streamlining collaboration across various teams, ensuring that all content creation and implementation is executed successfully and cohesively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Content Creation: Collaborate with the (sr.) brand managers and brand channel manager to execute best-in-class brand content and assets for both media and digital platforms;
  • Content Implementation: Inventory, coordinate, and implement content and assets for high-impact marketing campaigns, working closely with brand, e-commerce, trade online & offline, boutique and CRM stakeholders to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales;
  • Campaign Support: Adapt HQ campaign content for local execution and brief agencies for the local adaptation of brand materials; Assist the (sr.) brand managers and brand channel manager and assist in planning and executing impactful campaign launches, including project management and stakeholder communication;
  • Visual Merchandising: Coordinate visual merchandising efforts at boutiques, trade and e-commerce platform in collaboration with the Brand channel manager, B2C operations team and B2C trade team;
  • General Brand Marketing Support: Provide timely and efficient support as needed, ensuring excellent execution of marketing initiatives.

The experience you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, or a related field;
  • 1-3 years of experience in content management or brand management, ideally within a premium brand, high-end retail or luxury FMCG context;
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken);
