Senior Software Engineer

Join Our Android Back-End Development Team

We are looking for bright, curious, and motivated software engineers to join our Android back-end development team. You would be developing software for navigation systems, designing and implementing our latest generation navigation SDKs, and ensuring that we provide the best possible user experience to drivers.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Kotlin knowledge: basics, standard library, asynchronous programming (coroutines, multithreading)
• A solid background in algorithms and data structures
• Experience with object-oriented design
• Problem-solving skills
• Debugging experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English
• Experience building complex software systems
• Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation: you like to influence the product and the organization and take ownership of technical design and implementation
• Desire to learn and share with your peers, including mentoring and training them
• Integrity, adaptability, and empathy

What’s nice to have

• Experience with C++
• DevOps experience with Azure
• Experience working in a distributed Agile team
