All specialisms we have in-house – from creatives to data analysts, and from events to social media – are working together in a creative, diverse, and enthusiastic B2B marketing team. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Director. You will be responsible end-to-end for developing and executing our data-driven omni-channel marketing mix to efficiently reach our target audiences with the relevant messages.

You will ensure we continuously measure and analyze our ROI to identify optimizations, balancing our long-term brand equity with short-term commercial KPIs. How do we maximize our reach with our new campaign? How can we optimize our SEO and SEA efforts to shift from push to pull? In which channel should we invest more? What is the right tooling set-up? In this role, you will provide answers to all these questions and will take the responsibility to implement sustainable change.

You will lead a team of online marketeers, SEA specialists, performance analysts, and email marketeers (total 8 FTE). In this role, you will take ownership of our budget for all paid digital channels – incl. Google, LinkedIn, display, etc. – and will decide on the right mix depending on our goals; from creating awareness and engagement to lead-generation. You will inspire the team with your outside-in perspectives and will challenge them in their daily work to further professionalize our way of working.

As part of the Marketing Management Team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by jointly designing our digital strategy with a data-driven approach. You play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between our brand & reputation, our propositions, and our commercial ambitions as part of Exact’s strategy.

• You bring an outside-in perspective on B2B marketing in the business software market.
• You have the strategic ability to think ahead to both design and execute high-impact and future-ready marketing strategies and practices.
• Solid analytical skills; using internal and external data points to create insights.
• You are a true leadership role model. You lead yourself effectively, remaining authentic and composed, and you lead others by building strong connections and inspiring growth and change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have a Masters’ degree preferably in a STEM field, and 10+ years of relevant working experience.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
