Traineeship B2B Marketing Consultant

About the role:

At SPOTONVISION we have 2 areas of expertise: Marketing Strategy & Research and Digital Marketing & Technology. During your first seven months as a trainee, you will have time to figure out where your passion lies.

The first period you will join the in-house Academy for additional B2B training and to reflect on your weekly learnings. This is where we combine hard skills, such as how to build a marketing campaign, and soft skills, such as how to present in workshops.

The other days of the week you will be working on customer projects such as: buyer persona research, buyer and customer journey mapping, account-based marketing and campaigning, content marketing and strategy.

You will learn by doing and we promise you a place to grow!

You will be a perfect match if:

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or marketing
• You are interested in B2B, in developing research, or in digital and AI skills
• You are creative and analytical, keen to unravel complex challenges
• You are a proactive, engaged and have a positive attitude
• You have a focus on personal growth and are ambitious to achieve results
• You are a team player and always ready to help your clients and colleagues
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Dutch and English
