Job Description

As a Junior Controller at NTS Hengelo, you are the link between the financial figures and the rest of the organization. You analyze the numbers and make them understandable for the different departments, so they can strategically work with them. You ask the right questions to truly understand the issues and make the right connections.

This role offers a lot of variety as you perform both financial and business control tasks. You play an important role in financial awareness within the organization and know how to convince and advise colleagues through your (data) analyses and overview.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Preparing monthly and quarterly reports;
• Conducting financial analyses and recognizing trends by creating and analyzing (data) overviews;
• Supporting the business in budgeting and forecasting;
• Advising/supporting various teams, including: sales, production, and project controlling;
• Thinking about processes, improving financial reports, and being part of various projects for working capital reduction and cost calculations.

Job Requirements

• HBO degree in a financial field, such as Business Economics, Finance & Control, or Accountancy;
• 1-3 years of work experience in a financial role, preferably as a controller, financial, or similar;
• You have a natural interest in numbers and can translate complex financial data into understandable insights for other departments;
• You are a strong communicator and can engage professionally with various stakeholders;
• Humor and perseverance; you know how to get things done with a smile and a resourceful approach, even when they initially seem complex.

For this challenge, we offer the following benefits:

• Salary from €3,500 to €3,800 depending on experience;
