About this role:

The Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Just Eat Takeaway (JET) is looking for a senior leader to own, optimize and streamline sales processes across all channels. This role requires a strategic, data-driven professional who can oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales workflows across all sales channels, ensuring they drive efficiency and performance at scale.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Optimize Sales Processes Across All Channels: Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end sales processes, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across enterprise, SMB, self service and other sales and support teams.
  • Maximize Technology Utilization: Work closely with technology teams to leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and other tools to automate workflows, drive efficiency, and optimize sales team performance;
  • Drive Business Impact: Analyze sales workflows to identify inefficiencies, improve time management, and reduce costs, enabling higher productivity across all sales teams;
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with senior stakeholders across sales, product, marketing and technology teams to align on sales strategies and process improvements;
  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop business cases for process and technology enhancements that support broader organizational goals and maximize sales performance.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Significant proven experience in process management and optimization, particularly within sales environments across multiple channels;
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and other relevant CRM platforms is ideal;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to align cross-functional teams and drive process efficiency;
  • In depth experience of communicating with senior management on business process design;
  • A track record of delivering high-impact strategic initiatives in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
