We're looking for talent to strengthen our team of 6 Rails engineers and 5 front-end engineers. Together with you, we'll build software that not only directly helps entrepreneurs but also supports our colleagues daily. Your work makes a difference: leases are paid out at lightning speed, and the software you write is essential for everyone who works with it.

Your impact as a Ruby Software Developer

As a Ruby Software Developer, you'll work independently on projects. No fixed list of requirements to complete, but the freedom to take responsibility for designing solutions. A challenging environment where you need to easily switch between different teams and stakeholders. Thanks to this approach, we've been able to build, for example, automatic credit approval based on digital bank statements. One of the examples we're proud of.

Our stack consists of a main application in Ruby on Rails with a Bootstrap and Hotwire frontend for internal applications and a GraphQL API for client applications. The client applications are built in React/TypeScript, while we use Python applications with Flask for data APIs. Everything runs on AWS. We're proud of our test coverage of over 85%, allowing us to launch new features and refactor existing parts with confidence.

The first 2-3 weeks, you'll start with an intensive onboarding to familiarize yourself with our software. After that, challenging projects await you, such as mutation and fraud detection, and direct customer acceptance using OCR and ML techniques. In this multidisciplinary team, you're not only working on projects but also helping and coaching others, for example through pair-programming.
