Process Excellence Manager

Are you our new Process Excellence Manager? Have you been in the transformation management domain for the past 5 years and are on the lookout for a new challenge? We’d love to have you! As a PE Manager, not only will you be the translator of our customer’s data into strategic business value, you will also be responsible for the journey in end-to-end transformation. You will also be responsible for our PE team and making sure that they grow professionally and deliver the best results that they can!

Profile

You…

• Hold a Master’s degree in Econometrics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• Bring 4-6 years of hands-on experience in a dynamic role, specializing in consulting and/or transformation management.
• Are excited about the applications in business transformation, change management, process mining, and continuous improvement.
• Have excellent project management skills and enjoy sharing knowledge with others.
• Experience in end-to-end delivery of projects.
• Are fluent in English and another language.
