Your Role in Our Story:

In essence, your role involves

  • Client Engagement: Work with diverse counterparties across various industries, each presenting unique challenges.
  • Portfolio Management: Create, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio using strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust.
  • Lead Generation: Find leads independently and utilize extensive cold calling to break barriers and stand out to clients.
  • Team Support: Receive full support from colleagues, each with unique skills and clients, to collaborate on closing deals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Benefit from a collaborative environment where industry knowledge is shared across entities, ensuring up-to-date market insights.
  • Client and Personal Benefit: Leverage the collective knowledge, experience, and network to benefit both personal growth and client success.

Your Expertise:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes

  • Native German and fluent in English;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master's graduate, preferably in Business, Economics or Finance;
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in Sales/ Trading / Brokerage / Business development;
  • Industry relevant experience, environmental commodities and / or carbon
  • Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
  • A natural sales or business development personality;
  • Not afraid to cold call and approach people;
  • Willing to travel for work;
  • Energetic, curious and ambitious;
  • Driven to close deals and prove yourself;
  • Possess an affinity for teamwork.
