The Rookie Program

Do you have what it takes to make an impact?! Join the Under Armour Rookie (internship) Program:

Start date 1st of September '25 - Jan 31st '26 - with an option to extend for an additional 5 months until June 30th'26

In order to be eligible for an internship you must be:

Enrolled in a Dutch University (not on-line) in a Bachelor or a Master for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands (Internship should be then a mandatory part of your curriculum).

As an Under Armour intern, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in bringing our mission and vision to life through a hands-on project that challenges you to develop new skills and push boundaries. This strategic project will test your skills and help you challenge the status quo, making a real business impact during your 5-month internship.

Alongside this project, you'll work closely with a mentor and cross-functional teams, gaining valuable global exposure and collaborating with talented professionals from across the company. With access to executive Q&A sessions and personalized guidance from our talent advisors, you'll be well-equipped to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Our internship program is designed to provide a holistic understanding of the Under Armour brand. Through in-person and online training, you'll have a deep dive into our values, expand your horizons, and connect with a powerful network of professionals worldwide through our career coaching platform.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Teammate Resource Groups, where you can share experiences, build relationships, and grow as a team. You will also step inside the exciting world of retail and explore the fast-paced environment that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Purpose of Role

STRATEGIC PROJECT:

• Conduct audits and gather employee feedback to evaluate current office and gym amenities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Research best practices and benchmark against industry standards to propose innovative, practical enhancements that improve the workplace experience.
• Partner with Health & Safety, Retail Operations, and NSO to implement a holistic Health and Safety program across locations and ensure sustainable processes are in place.
• The end goal of this role is to support a more engaging, safe, and attractive office environment that encourages employee well-being and a smooth return-to-office experience.

Your Impact

• You will work with the House Manager to help make Under Armour EMEA HQ a GREAT place to work!
• You will play a key role in enhancing the everyday experience of employees by identifying meaningful improvements across our office and gym spaces.
• You will support in making a more attractive return-to-office (RTO) environment and sharing best practices across teams, how we connect, collaborate, and thrive at work.
