Main responsibilities
Als HR-Medewerker ben je een cruciale schakel binnen S&T en verantwoordelijk voor een breed scala aan administratieve taken die essentieel zijn voor het succes van onze HR-processen. Jij waarborgt de nauwkeurigheid en tijdigheid van deze taken, waardoor de afdeling optimaal functioneert en bijdraagt aan de strategische doelstellingen van de organisatie. Met jouw precisie en efficiëntie leg je de fundamenten voor een effectief HR-beleid en ondersteun je de ontwikkeling en tevredenheid van onze medewerkers. Requirements
- Taalvaardigheid: Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, wat essentieel is voor effectieve communicatie binnen het team en met medewerkers
- Positieve Instelling: Met jouw positieve benadering weet je medewerkers aan S&T te binden en een motiverende werkomgeving te creëren
- Opleiding: Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management, wat je een solide basis geeft voor de werkzaamheden
- Aanpassingsvermogen: Je bent in staat om in een dynamische omgeving te werken en kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en verantwoordelijkheden
