SICS is the department within D&E responsible for Computer Systems and Software Infrastructure. As SICS Project Manager, you will lead complex projects to deliver Computer Systems Hardware and Software (including Operating Systems and Software Facilities), the foundation for the Twinscan software. You operate in a challenging environment delivering to the various machine programs and with interfaces to many other Functional clusters and other sectors.
The SICS department is organized around 4 Agile Release Trains (ART) that house ~30 development teams. With your Functional Integrator and Solution Architect, you work closely with the ART management to deliver the right hardware and software in time to the various machine programs.
Single point of contact towards program for a deliverable/project
Offer the Train(s) work packages in the form of PBS-items and/or AIR issues
Provide business context to the Trains
Make cross-project and cross-sectoral agreements for smooth introduction and transfer towards operational sectors (Customer Support, Factory, etc.) and suppliers
Own & manage end-to-end project-planning of PGP deliverables up to KD14 in line with product master- and integration plan and/or post-KD14 for IRM
Manage the triple constraint (scope, time & budget), critical path planning and adjustment in alignment with stakeholders
Cross-sector (CS, Factory, etc.), cross-Train and supplier alignment
Align with CPO and PO to resolve conflicts and reprioritization of requirements
Provide insights on risks, developments and status through standard (e.g. STER, IRR, …) and ad-hoc reports towards program management and based on the Trains input (including Train rituals)
Deliver an integrated solution including industrialization
Contribute to the breakdown of work into work packages (WBS)
Bachelor’s or Master’s or PhD degree in Computer / Software Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, particularly in integration projects within the semiconductor or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
You are able to understand the business context, and link it to the technical solutions your teams need to deliver
You understand MVP thinking and are able to balance between reliable long-term planning and regularly delivering value.
You can deal with high pressure from stakeholders, and frequent context switching
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands.
You are quality-driven, provide great service to your stakeholders, and are looking for an environment where your leadership skills will be put to the test.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can use data to make the best decisions
You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience working with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
