About the job

Banks must navigate turbulent political climates, adapt to innovative business models, lead in the digital era, and prioritize sustainability. They need to comply with complex regulations, optimize their data, and leverage advanced analytics to gain valuable insights.

Our Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) team helps financial institutions understand new laws and regulations and make the necessary organizational changes to continue to meet their obligations. We also help our clients to identify new opportunities arising from new laws and regulations, which can open up new strategic and commercial opportunities for them.

As a (Senior) Consultant Compliance, you will work as part of a team helping clients to solve their complex compliance challenges. You are eager to grow, make an impact, and get the best out of yourself and your colleagues. You will play a key role in the growth of the team while fostering a culture of compliance.

Job requirements

What we will look for in your CV

• 3-5 years of practical experience or professional activity in banking or consulting.
• Innovative spirit and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Track record in realizing positive impacts through the design and delivery of complex projects, and effective management of risks.
• Experience in team collaboration and people development.
• Continuous professional growth and development.
