Finance Assistant (Parttime)

💼 The Role

We’re looking for a structured and independent Junior Bookkeeper to support our CFO with day-to-day financial tasks. From invoice processing to helping with month-end procedures, you’ll help keep our numbers clean and clear using Exact Online.

This is a great opportunity if you have some finance or accounting experience (for example from a previous internship), and are looking to grow your skills in a real-world, impactful startup environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Clean up and structure existing bookkeeping records
• Track and allocate incoming receipts
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices in Exact Online
• Maintain and update P&L and balance sheet structures
• Support cost centre setup and automation
• Assist with the month-end closing
• Provide general financial and administrative support

🎯 What we're looking for:

• Background in Finance, Accounting or similar (education or work experience)
• Hands-on experience with Exact Online (must-have)
• Prior internship or experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Comfortable working independently in a small, international team
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
