• Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,162 and EUR 7,374 (scale 10) for a 36 hour week

As an Area Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and optimize Agile processes, scrum events and work with the scrum masters to ensure seamless collaboration and the successful delivery of work. Furthermore, you will help to improve Area rituals and collaboration as well.

Top 3 responsibilities

• Guide, support and improve agile rituals in leadership teams on Area and sub-Area level
• Leads and coaches the other Scrum Masters in the Area Scrum Master Team
• Linking pin towards the Tribe Scrum Master Team

• Intrinsically motivate the teams and area leadership to embrace the Scrum framework and help them to take the next steps in their growth 
• You are experienced in coaching (leadership)teams on process, product, people and technology 
• With your passion for Agile, your knowledge of the Scrum framework and your people knowledge, you create a culture of continuous improvement 
• You are able to stand your ground when it comes to Agile working in various settings and knows how to make Agile work for the teams 
• You will be a driving force for the entire area when it comes continuous improvement 
• You are able to identify recurring themes on a larger scale and take the lead to get things done 
• You are an inspiration to other Scrum Masters and have experience in guiding them to help them improve to the next level. 

Required knowledge and experience:

• Educated at University level, or similar level 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master including experience in Agile Coaching 
• At least an advanced Scrum Master certificate like PSM2 
• Fluent English is a must, fluency in Dutch highly preferred 

* The salary scale for this position will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience, placing them in either scale 9 or 10.
