Quality Coordinator LATAM & Caribbean

Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realise our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Quality Coordinator.

Your role

In the role of Quality Coordinator, you will be focusing on optimizing the performance of our commercial and technical support functions. You are responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of key training, product evaluation, and marketing support activities.

And you will also be working on:

• Developing and conducting training programs for logistic operators, distributor sales force, and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations teams.
• Supporting the sales team in customer visits that require product testing and training for customer staff across LATAM and the Caribbean.
• Conducting competitor product analysis biannually.
• Assisting the Marketing team with New Product Development (NPD) activities, such as market research and product evaluation in collaboration with R&D.
• Providing technical assistance to the Commercial team and clients.
• Handling customer complaints appropriately and providing detailed monthly reports on complaint management.

Your team

You will be part of our Technical Sales Support team and will report to the Regional Sales Manager. Together with your colleagues in a pleasant, welcoming office environment, you will be working on furthering the growth of Farm Frites.

Education and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food Industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Advanced level required).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• A strong commercial approach and ability to support Sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous training experience is a plus.
