As our newly appointed Inside Sales Specialist, your key objective will be collaborating with account owners by driving sales activities to recruit new partners and retain existing ones. You will be focusing on lead generation, following up on sales, and leveraging offerings to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and discovering additional sales opportunities. Working in tandem with our dynamic Sales Team, you will be playing a critical role in driving partner engagement and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Other responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and scheduling appointments with channel partners
  • Generating leads, managing opportunities, following up on leads, and updating CRM
  • Engaging in channel partner dialogue/service, including cold calling (inbound/outbound) with potential or existing partners
  • Communicating with partners about expiring contracts, maintenance, and current special offers while maintaining the customer database (CRM)
  • Assisting KAM/AM with executing marketing campaigns and post-event follow-ups, as well as supporting existing customers

Your Competencies:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales operational role
  • Background in the IT industry, preferably in software sales
  • Experience in Lead generation
  • Channel experience is highly regarded

  • Solid customer service orientation and corresponding communication skills
  • Have a sense of responsibility with a hunter mindset
  • Great teamwork abilities and social engagement skills
