Wholesale Sales Manager

The Wholesale Franchise manager will be a key leader driving the growth of our Wholesale network, playing a pivotal role in achieving the company’s ambitious growth targets by 2027. You will lead the expansion of both existing and future Wholesale Customers, with a strong focus on sales, business development, contract negotiation, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. A strong commercial mindset, experience in wholesale sales, and the ability to oversee contractual terms and conditions will be essential in this role.

YOUR TASKS

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Network Growth

  • Lead the expansion of our Wholesale estate through acquiring new business and expanding
  • Collaborate with Customers to implement strategic annual business plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to our customers to ensure they meet and exceed their business targets.

Wholesale Sales

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers in key target markets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners, effectively communicating the benefits of our Distribution channel model.
  • Work closely with the Coordinator Team to enhance lead generation, deliver compelling Discovery Day presentations, and maintain strong client relations throughout the sales process.
  • Identify new WHS partners and strengthen/intensify our current partnerships

Commercial Acumen:

  • Negotiate commercial agreements and terms, ensuring alignment with both company and customer goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and profitability, using insights to drive growth and make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure all contracts are compliant with legal standards, working with legal teams as necessary to protect the business.

Business Development & Wholesale Expertise:

  • Leverage your wholesale experience to support customers in achieving operational excellence and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive customer growth and overall business development.
  • Explore new markets and opportunities to expand the brand’s presence, ensuring sustainable customer growth in line with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven track record in Wholesale development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of commercial terms and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in wholesale operations, particularly in supporting customers with supply chain management and product distribution.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor franchisees.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in identifying market opportunities and developing business strategies.

About you as a candidate:

  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience within Sales in the Retail/Fashion industry;
  • Proven track record in establishing strong Wholesale relationships
  • Experience in growing businesses by increasing sales channels (via Wholesale or related);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent English skills, any additional languages are welcomed but not required;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to motivate a team of eager talents with the help of KPIs.
