What you are going to do

Within this program, the Advisor Management workstream is dedicated to enhancing the productivity and capabilities of our Tied Agents (TA). By focusing on improving advisor skills and efficiency, we aim to ensure that our agents provide exceptional customer experience. Our goal is to create a robust and effective network of advisors who are well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

To achieve this, we are integrating advanced AI technology into the TA network. The AI Implementation Product Owner will play a crucial role in this transformation by overseeing the deployment of AI-driven solutions. These solutions are designed to support advisors throughout their journey, from initial training to ongoing performance improvement. By leveraging AI, we aim to maximize the value of our projects, enhance advisor productivity, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This involves strategic stakeholder management, developing detailed project plans, and monitoring AI performance. The AI Implementation Product Owner within Advisor Management plays a key role in the implementation of the Vision and Strategy for AI to upgrade the TA channel capabilities in order to increase their productivity.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment for 1 to 3 years. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the NN International countries participating in this workstream. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, and Greece. Once we know from which country you will perform the job, we will be able to inform you better about the local employee benefits.

Who you are

For this role you bring knowledge of agile methodologies and portfolio/program management frameworks and at least one previous experience in AI capabilities implementation.

• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, data science, machine learning, business management, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, project management, or relevant domains in insurance. AI-related roles are highly valuable
• Strong project management skills. Certification in project management can be beneficial
• Fluent/Advanced English is a must
