Join Our HR Team as an Intern

At Zurich Insurance Benelux, we currently have the perfect opportunity for a student to join our HR team as an intern for the next couple of months! It’s an excellent opportunity to develop yourself professionally in a complex and dynamic environment. For this role you must be currently enrolled as a student at a Dutch university or university of applied sciences. You will be based out of our office in The Hague.

What will you be doing?

The Benelux HR team consists of 6 people, and in this internship you will be predominantly working on the Talent Acquisition side. Of course, you will get the chance to take a peek behind the scenes of other tasks and responsibilities. Some of your tasks will include the following:

• Using your detective skills to find the best potential candidates for a variety of roles.
• Are you creative and an excellent planner? Great, you get to help launch our quarterly onboarding sessions.
• Taking care of first the initial screening calls for candidates.
• Assisting with on/off-boarding process.
• Helping out with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.

What are we looking for?

• It is a requirement that you have an excellent understanding of Dutch and English (spoken & written).
• You’re studying HR or a related field (or are just really interested in HR).
• Ability to adopt new systems easily and have a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• You can recognize where processes could be better and aren’t afraid to suggest them.
• Missing small details? Not you! You’ve got an eye for details.
