At HelloPrint, we’re shaping the future of customizable printed products, and our Buyer & Supply Manager - FR plays a critical role in driving the development and expansion of our FR network of partners. With 10 categories and more than 700 product groups, our Supply & Partnership Team is the important driver behind the success of our platform. As Procurement Supply Manager, you’ll be the force behind expanding and strengthening our network, ensuring our platform thrives through solid partnerships and innovative products.

Your Role:

• Network Expansion: Identify potential international partners, find the right local producers, and successfully onboard them to our platform.
• Ownership of Partnerships: You’ll manage relationships, contracts, procurement, collaborations, and ensure smooth integration into our platforms. You’re the go-to for any issues related to product quality, pricing, and supply chain challenges, escalating when necessary.
• Entrepreneurial Impact: This role requires a proactive, communicative, and cooperative approach to drive growth. You’ll take ownership of your partnerships, working independently to scale our network across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Continuously compare HelloPrint's product offerings with competitors to identify market opportunities and areas for growth.
• Partner Selection & Onboarding: Negotiate and onboard new producers for both existing and new product lines, ensuring smooth and successful collaborations.
• Account Management: Oversee partner relationships, managing quality, product offerings, pricing, and systems to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess the performance of both products and partners, driving improvements and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Perform ongoing risk assessments of products, partner agreements, and the producer network to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements

What You Bring:

• A proactive, communicative, and cooperative mindset with a focus on building and expanding successful partnerships.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
• Experience managing complex partnerships and resolving supply chain challenges, always with a focus on achieving outstanding results.
• A strong network of FR suppliers across various categories, ensuring a competitive edge in market relationships.
• A passion for continuous improvement, with a keen understanding of market trends and product performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• A strong interest in e-commerce and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A performance-driven approach—you consistently deliver results beyond expectations.
• A no-nonsense, pragmatic attitude, using data-driven arguments to persuade and drive success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in one of the following categories is a plus: Commercial Print, Signing & POS, Labels & Packaging, Promo & Gifts (not mandatory).
