Legal Trainee Opportunity

We’re looking for a Legal Trainee to join our Legal Team in Amsterdam, NL for 6-12 months

• Duration: 6 – 12 months

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• You will assist with various legal matters, including queries related to employment law, compliance and corporate law
• Preparing, editing and writing documents/memo’s for internal distribution
• Archiving, updating and maintaining files and electronic project databases for the team
• Performing any other tasks around ​​competence as assigned by the line manager

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Holds a Bachelors and University master's degree in Dutch Law, with a relevant specialization such as Labor Law, Corporate Law or Private Law (privaatrecht, arbeidsrecht, corporate).
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• While work experience in a relevant professional environment (such as a paralegal or junior legal counsel) is advantageous, it is not essential.
• Be digitally savvy with a strong command of Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint
• Be a proactive and independent team player
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively
• Demonstrate a flexible and curious proactive attitude
