KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement cutting-edge digital Industry4.0 solutions to streamline manufacturing processes and supply chain operations in dsm-firmenich production plants
• Develop and optimize strategies and best practices to achieve high levels of operational efficiency and quality to be later implemented on a global level
• Ensure technology Integration by improving the automation and connectivity of dsm-firmenich manufacturing sites within the Central Manufacturing Organization.
• Foster collaboration and innovation by working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement new technologies.
• Promoting sustainable practices within manufacturing and supply chain operations to reduce environmental impact and support corporate sustainability goals.

YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational technology roles within the manufacturing and process industry.
• A blend of expertise in plant/manufacturing operations and information technology.
• Proven skills in program and project management within a global, multi-national environment, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with implementation of MES/MOM systems are essential.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively translate technical terms for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
• Strong competence in managing demanding stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
