Within the Business Technology Assets department we ensure that we implement the continuous technical changes needed to remain competitive in our broader IT/OT landscape efficiently. In this way, our technical landscape is prepared to connect as much sustainable energy as possible for control in our sustainable portfolio for now and the future. Your focus is:

• Ensure the CMDB and network diagrams of our IT/OT infrastructure on the assets is maintained and updated.
• You are involved in the entire asset project from design to implementation of our IT/OT infrastructure.
• Maintain and update Configuration Management procedures
• Act as a consultant and trainer for the organization in Configuration Management topics
• Work with our IT/OT suppliers and maintenance parties to improve working agreements (management of change)

Gaat dit over jou?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ITIL certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in configuration management and IT service management.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with ISMS and knowledge of information security principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of complex IT systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor

• Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Ensure that the CMDB is updated, accurate, and reliable. This includes managing and updating all configuration items (CIs) and their relationships.
• Manage Network Drawings: Keep network diagrams and other configuration items up-to-date. This includes creating, updating, and maintaining detailed network diagrams that accurately represent the organization’s infrastructure.
• Configuration Identification: Identify and define the configuration items (CIs) required to manage and deliver the IT service, and record them in the CMDB.
• Configuration Control: Ensure that only authorized and identifiable CIs are accepted and recorded from receipt to disposal in the CMDB.
• Status Accounting and Reporting: Report all components’ status and configuration changes regularly. This includes providing management with accurate and timely information on the status of CIs.
• Configuration Audits: Regularly schedule and conduct audits to ensure CIs that are present in the CMDB match the real environment and that all changes have been properly authorized.
• ISMS Compliance: Ensure that all configuration management processes comply with the standards set in the organization’s ISMS. This includes identifying potential security risks and implementing mitigation measures, maintaining documentation for ISMS, and conducting regular ISMS audits.
• Process Improvement: Continually seek opportunities to improve configuration management processes.

You will be working within the Business Technology Assets department. This team consists of approximately 30 colleagues, including an Edge Engineering, Network, IoT, and a SCADA-OT team. On a daily basis, you work together with your department, IT colleagues, and external stakeholders and IT/OT suppliers.
